Job description

Moderate and handle Customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms.
Make some phone calls to handle Customer’s inquiries
Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues, and outcomes
Familiarity with telephone techniques and skills.

Requirement:

University Degree
No experience is required.
Good communication skills.
Good writing skills.
Good knowledge of Excel and word

More Details:

· Location: Al Bahr Al Aazam St., Giza.

· Full-time contract.

· Working days: Saturday – Thursday “From office”

· Working hours: 9 am – 5 pm.
