Who We Are Egypt Best Properties (EBP) is a real estate marketing company that was established in 2005 by a professional real estate team. For 10 years we have offered excellent services to clients from all over the world and managed a portfolio of properties for a wide range of Egyptian buyers and investors, international companies, and local organizations. We serve our clients from four offices covering greater Cairo: Maadi, New Cairo, Zamalek, and 6th October City.
What We Do EBP is a home and real estate marketplace dedicated to helping homeowners, home buyers, sellers, renters, real estate agents, mortgage professionals, and property managers find and share vital information about homes, real estate, mortgages, and home improvement. We are transforming the way consumers make home-related decisions and connect with professionals. It starts with our living database including homes for sale, homes for rent, and homes not currently listed on the market.
Job Description
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
Assist with other accounting projects

Job Requirements
Proven experience as a junior accountant
Excellent organizing abilities
Great attention to detail
Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP)
Qualifications (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is a plus but not required
BSc/Ba in accounting, finance or relevant field
